Toy & Craft Kit Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Toys: Must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Learning & Craft Kits: All internal materials, paints, pieces, and instruction booklets must be unopened, factory-sealed, and completely unused. In addition, all kit items must be in the kit to be accepted as a return.

  • Safety & Hygiene: For safety reasons, opened slime, dough, face paints, or edible craft elements cannot be returned.

Damaged or Missing Pieces
If your kit arrives damaged or is missing a crucial learning component, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly ship you a replacement part or exchange the item at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at maggie@tiplearning.com with your order number.

  2. We will send you return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
